Nathan D. Page, is an Executive Consultant at Assessment Associates International (AAI), a global Human Resources consulting company. Dr. Page earned his Ph.D. in Industrial & Organizational Psychology and specializes in assessment systems development and employee selection and development. With over 10 years of experience, he has developed a wide range of assessment tools, including ability and problem solving tests, personality assessments, interest assessments, and 360° Leadership Assessments. These are being deployed globally in 11 different languages on five continents. He specializes in competency modeling, assessment methodologies, high-potential identification, leadership development, talent management, and succession planning. His focus has been on evidence-based approaches for enhancing leadership excellence and salesforce effectiveness. He has implemented programs in industry, academia, and government.
