Tom Payne, M.S., Industrial and Organizational Psychology and the Kellogg School Executive program. He has worked as a Senior HR Executive for over 30 years for US Fortune 500 companies, with 20 years in senior HR leadership in Asia at the Director and Vice President level. He set up a successful HR consulting practice in Asia working with clients such as Pepsico, the United Nations, Chevron, Big C, SIG Combloc and Hanes. Tom is an experienced Executive Coach and Senior Mentor. He is an International Member of the Society of Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) and the International Association of Applied Psychology (IAAP) as well as authoring the book, Selecting Winners, and has been a lecturer at several universities in the area of Strategic HR and Organizational Development. Tom has also developed several psychometric assesment tools, set up, ran, and administered assessment centers, and is a certified test administrator in over 20 psychometric tools. He has served on several corporate and community service boards and has lead the HR committee of the American Chamber of Commerce.
